Having lived at a lake for 25 years, your gorgeous photo evokes so many great memories. I loved being on the lake late, when there’s hardly a ripple to be found and the birds are all settling in for the night. You’re so right, the hard days make the sun shine even brighter on the sunny days. Cheers.
No doubt that evenings on the water are special. I’m lucky to live just a few minutes from the river and can be ON the water and floating a mere 30 minutes after walking out my office door. Ah ….
