Whether it's one simple yet somehow perfect day or a dreamed about journey finally realized, I never want to forget the joy of the moment or how fortunate I am!
Great picture! I want to drink a fresh glass of white wine now!
I barely read the tags on blogs! Where I do read them all the time is on Instagram!
Please check out my blog and let’s follow each other! http://www.juliecrombe.com
Thank you Julie! I asked about the tags because I follow one blogger who makes funny tags to see who reads them, and today I put a funny one in, too.
I’ll check out your blog soon!
I never read the tags – but because you asked I did – and there it was, exactly what I was wondering……Me: It looks like a good chardonnay – but – whats that? Ice?? Surely not. It can’t be wine then …..
Okay, don’t judge – I guess it wasn’t chilled enough ….. ?? ๐
It’s a fab-u-lous photo! I can see that matted and framed and hung on a wall ….
YAY! You read the Tags, too! I didn’t want to include a comment about the ice in the actual post so I thought I’d tag it. Sacrilege!!! ๐
And you are right … it was not chilled enough and since we just couldn’t wait, we added some ice to the first glass while the rest of the bottle chilled!
no, I wasn’t expecting coffee! ๐ awesome photo of the wine glass…I add ice if it isn’t cold enough myself…tags…I read them sometimes, but not always!
I rarely do but Mike will sometimes slip a funny one in there and so I did, too, with a comment about the ice in the wine. I always carefully read his now!
Ha, what does that say about us if no one expected a cup of coffee. I’m not a white wine drinker but probably would add ice too if the bottles been out for a while. I think the counter tops are pretty funky too, are they cement? I don’t read tags but use a lot if I can. I assume they come up in Google searches if someone uses those key words and give you better exposure. Or if someone uses the search button on your homepage.
I’m a big bold Cab fan if I’m drinking wine (have I ever told you that I’m an “equal opportunity drinker” – I’ll drink wine, beer, mixed drinks ๐ ). I’m glad you noticed the surface … I thought it looked good, too. It’s my friend’s dining room table and it’s a huge slab of marble. You are so observant!
Oh do say, did your friend have it custom made? Apparently marble is a great place to make pastry crustsโฆI’m full of useless information at times, LOL. “Equal opportunity drinker”, LOL you’re a riot!
I like to think of ice in my white wine as a particularly indulgent drink for the hottest and miserablest of summer days. Not sure I can get my head around ice added to a drink in December. But now that you’ve introduced the concept, of course I’ll consider it.

Beautiful shots LB ๐ I see you are taking full advantage of fantastic available light. I just love the first shot.
That’s my favorite, too! It was such a beautiful day last Friday!
Love the picture. I’d say I read the tags about half the time, usually because they caught my eye, not because I sought them out.
I was just curious … I follow one blogger who makes funny tags to see who reads them, and today I put a funny one in, too
Girlfriend…with you I am not expecting coffeeโฅ I would be disappointed if you did. But I don’t know about the ice in your wineโบ
YAY! You read the tag! ๐ We had forgotten to chill the wine so we did what we had to do!
Yummy. Even at 10AM…. it looks yummy. ๐
Definitely! and I’m usually more of a red wine fan, but this was pretty darn yummy for sure!

I am going to read tags from now on and may have to change mine up as well – Oh, the things I don’t know you can do ๐
No let’s stick to the wine, red or
white I am happy to share until the
very last drop… anytime ๐
Have a superb Wednesday LB ๐

Thanks for your visit(s) to Life on the Bike ๐ and for commenting, too!
You are funny! I don’t usually read tags, and had to read yours twice before I saw it. My eyes just skipped along. Clever you.
Fab photo of the glass of wine. I talked about a glass on my blog today, too. Funny how we bloggers seem to channel each other.
how refreshing!
It was … once finally cold with the ice cube (Wine Sacrilege!)
“You were expecting coffee?” of course not ๐
We are so alike ๐
Oh yes ๐

There used to be a wine here in Australia that was meant to be served with ice. Works for me ๐
Me too! Especially when celebrating the accomplishments of your friends!

I’m with you … I tend to drink very cold white wine in the summer. It’s funny because this day was a Friday in December but it was over 40 degrees!
In context, 40 degrees in December *is* warm!
and I want it to be COLD! I want snow … it’s winter afterall (everyone thinks I’m crazy but I love the seasonal change)
