Whether it's one simple yet somehow perfect day or a dreamed about journey finally realized, I never want to forget the joy of the moment or how fortunate I am!
If it had been summer, I would have walked right into the river to better capture the late day sun adding light to the trees futher down the way. Β Even still, it was a lovely site to see from this park called Riverview.
It does look a bit like a painting, doesn’t it? How are you, my friend? Just think, it’s almost 2017 and that means 2018 and a trip to NEW is getting closer!! β€
Your eye saw I was hoping to capture, Lisa. You should have seen me leaning as far over the water as I could. A few more feet and it would have been a perfect shot! Should have taken my boots off π
Lovely view. . . The sky can be so beautiful this time of year.
Yes! The sky is what drew me to this spot, and the sun added the finishing touch
Wow! That is breath taking!
Hello Marlene! It really was breathtaking
You really need to print and frame this one.
Thank you for always encouraging me, Karen. I’m going to try to work on that this coming year
What a fabulous photo!
Thank you, Johanna

Gorgeous scene! Love the light, just spectacular!
It was the sky that made me stop, but oh that light kept me there.

That light, off to the right, in the distance–gorgeous. Of course the whole picture is, with the earth and sky meeting!
