Whether it's one simple yet somehow perfect day or a dreamed about journey finally realized, I never want to forget the joy of the moment or how fortunate I am!
I am very impressed with your macro shots – especially the raindrops on the red leaves – you have managed to get the depth of field just right and they look great. I will keep practising !
Isn’t it great when the work (or the luck) goes well? I mean I did work, and I spent about 10 minutes in the rainy/snow to get this … but was it luck or persistence that made it work? Or am I getting better? Probably a bit of all of that. All i know is that I was so excited about how the nandina / droplets turned out. Thanks for your comments!!
Really like the last photo.
Thanks! I’d been stuck on the highway after a tractor trailer wreck and that was the view as I saw after 40 minutes of waiting.

love the depth of that last shot, all those branches look amazing.
Thanks! I liked it too and it truly was kinda of a “that looks pretty; I should photograph it”
