It’s been steadily raining for hours here in Southwest Virginia, and it’s anticipated to do so for a few more days. During a quick break in the clinical day, I went outside and huddled under an umbrella in order to take photos of raindrops on leaves.
I found this little guy seeking shelter from the storm.
Yes, I can appreciate you having to work around the rain with the photos. We will be in the same rain pattern as you for the next few days also…sigh. Missing the sun☺ The lady bug was adorable.
I know! It seems like we get a teaser from the sun … and then gone!! On the bright side, I enjoyed my morning coffee with the sound of the rain in the back ground. Lovely
Hardy little bugs. They sure do give off a stink though!
I remember I time that hundreds and hundreds of them invaded my house! I thought I’d NEVER get them all out!
Love those close up photos.
Thanks … it took me so long to get the clarity. The rain was falling so hard all the leaves kept moving!! 🙂
What is it about seeing ladybugs that makes life seem so sweet? We’re having rainy days here too, makes me sleepy.
Yes … I traveled most of yesterday (and actually the last 3 days have found me on the road) and after riding through a deluge of rain, I had to take a nap!
